We are seeking a skilled Supervisor of Delivery Drivers to join our team at 9270-2802 Québec Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a team of delivery drivers and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and productivity
  • Train or arrange for training of drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth operation of the delivery team
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
