We are seeking a skilled Supervisory Delivery Driver to join our team at 9270-2802 Québec Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of goods and ensuring timely arrival at our clients' locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goods and excellent customer service.
  • Review and improve work methods to increase productivity and product quality.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication and team player skills.
