Financial Clerk

At CM Trading Company Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain general ledgers and financial statements, as well as prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quick Books and MS Office, and will be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare cheques for payroll
- Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Utilize Quick Books and MS Office to manage financial data
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Quick Books and MS Office
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
