Job Title: Financial Clerk

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our team at KHAGHAN RESTAURANT. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Tight deadlines
  • Work under pressure
