At UNIFEE SERVICES INC., we are seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to join our team. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and preparing various reports. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office. If you are a reliable and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Maintain financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
