The Opportunity

The Work. Agency is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of their Canadian team as the first Canadian hire. This role will establish the business as a leading authority on fine mineral separation and processing across various base and precious metals.

About the Role

As the Country Manager, you will provide leadership as a global subject matter expert on physical separation and drive the sales of both equipment and engineering services. You will form an integral part of the business development team and work closely with the metallurgical services and project engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the Canadian team and establish the business as a leading authority on fine mineral separation and processing.
  • Provide leadership as a global subject matter expert on physical separation and drive the sales of both equipment and engineering services.
  • Form an integral part of the business development team and work closely with the metallurgical services and project engineering teams.

Requirements
