Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Pender Community Health Centre, Integrated Care Team serving the Downtown Eastside Community in Vancouver, BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care to clients and families experiencing health challenges across the primary care continuum.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care.
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships based on respect and empathy.
- Support clients and their families to achieve and maintain optimal health.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
- Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- One (1) year of recent related experience or completion of a full final clinical placement in a community setting.
