Job Title: Store Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at B.C. LTD. DBA College Park Liquor Store. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff, and assigning duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient store performance
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective team management
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Determine staffing requirements and conduct performance reviews
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
