- Merchandise Management: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, locate and select products for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Staff Management: Determine staffing requirements, manage staff performance, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our team is working at their best.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store as needed.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Judgement: Ability to make sound judgements and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
