Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 1025569 B.C. LTD. DBA College Park Liquor Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their performance targets.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze market data and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services: Select and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess the needs of our store and determine the number of staff required to meet our sales targets.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and performance.
