Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to increase sales and revenue
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
