**Job Summary**

The Government of Northwest Territories is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Instructor, Northern Leadership Development Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating educational programming for adults in the Northern Leadership Development Program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, organize, and instruct courses related to the Northern Leadership Development Program
  • Evaluate the program and make recommendations for improvement
  • Liaise with the advisory committee and contract staff
  • Manage and maintain a learning environment conducive to providing high-quality education
  • Teach in other programs if expertise fits the curriculum content

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in education, organizational development, human resources, or related field
  • Certification in leadership coaching or training
  • 3 years' experience in a leadership role
  • 2 years' experience working with Aboriginal governments or Northern community governance structures
