We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our print operations at Canarctic Graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial printing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our print shop and web press
- Manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production and business operations
- Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial printing operation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to travel as required for the position
