Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees.
- Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Participate in a government or community program that supports Indigenous people.
- Provide cultural competency training to all employees.
- Participate in a government or community program that supports visible minorities.
