Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Plan and coordinate the work activities of our housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Recommend Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of equipment.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, and Walking: This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Standing for Extended Periods: You will be required to stand for extended periods, so a high level of physical fitness is essential.
- Participate in Government or Community Programs: We participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
- Support Foreign Credential Recognition: We provide support to newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Participate in Government or Community Programs: We participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
- Participate in Government or Community Programs: We participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
- Provide Cultural Competency Training: We provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
