Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Plan and coordinate the work activities of our housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed to ensure they have the resources they need to perform their duties.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our housekeeping team to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
