Optical Practice Associate

About the Role:
FYidoctors is seeking a highly skilled Optical Associate to join our team. As an Optical Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle.
- Inform patients about advances in corrective eyewear solutions and assist with the selection of frames to suit their needs.
- Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of eyewear.
- Submit prescription eyewear requisitions to manufacturing labs and perform repairs and adjustments to patients' eyewear.
- Contribute to store retail sales goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Experience in the optical world or knowledge of routine eye care is beneficial.
- Professional and approachable manner, with a love of meeting and interacting with people.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of comfort using technology and computers.
