Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Biologist to join our team in Surrey, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting ecological assessments related to real estate development projects, including riparian area setback, RAPR & SEDPA reports, Wetlands Assessments, Bird Surveys, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ecological assessments and provide expert recommendations for real estate development projects
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize environmental liability and maintain real estate value
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide education, assessment, and monitoring services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in environmental consulting

Requirements

  • Wildlife, Ecology, and Riparian expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
  • R.P. Bio Registered
