Senior Mechanical Project Manager

We are a well-established, community-based contractor with a century of combined industry experience. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Procuring estimates, drawings, and permits
- Preparing equipment and material lists
- Creating site foreman binders
- Handling purchasing for sub-trades, materials, and equipment
- Managing shop drawings and ensuring timely delivery of equipment
- Regular site visits and monthly reviews to track progress and report for billing
You will work closely with senior management and be the main point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of on-site mechanical experience, a valid trade certificate, and proficiency in software like Timberline and Microsoft scheduling.
