As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet the required standards, schedules, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the construction industry, particularly in utilities and civil projects. They will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
  2. Develop and manage project estimates, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
  4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management, electrical engineering, or civil engineering. They will also have a strong understanding of project management principles, including contract management, construction scheduling, and financial management.

Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project, and JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system. Willing to travel throughout British Columbia and possess a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.

Salary and Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is between $110,000 and $130,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The total rewards package includes a competitive salary, vehicle allowance, group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual performance bonus, and career development programs.
