About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our construction and development projects in British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine project scope, develop comprehensive project plans, and advise on constructability.
- Develop and manage tender packages, participate in project meetings with contractors and consultants, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Manage project costs, provide direction on contracts and subcontracts, and oversee construction schedules and activities.
- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, coordinate efforts across the project team, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Associates degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent project experience.
- 7 plus years of experience in project delivery within the construction industry, including pre-construction and contract closeout activities.
- PMP designation or equivalent is considered an asset.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as great benefits, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
