Key responsibilities include:

  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk
  • Driving sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a great experience
  • Finding creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with store personnel
  • Maintaining confidentiality when working with customer information
