Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at Fuze HR Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter US customer orders with priority and follow through within requested timelines.
  • Follow up with broker managers to ensure purchase order information, including pricing, is accurate for processing.
  • Complete ASN's and PO acknowledgements.
  • Verify invoice order sequence to ensure all invoice numbers are accounted for.
  • Complete customer invoicing, including EDI invoicing and provide order confirmation copies to sales for incomplete orders.
  • Issue credits as necessary and perform basic AP data entry (outbound freight invoices).
  • Track backorders to ensure processing when product is available.
  • Create daily and monthly reports to track all orders, short-shipments, and aging orders.
  • Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries, order status questions, and any issues with high priority.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and smooth flow of customer orders.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Complete customer listing forms and product maintenance forms as necessary.
  • Manage sample distribution and track samples for inventory adjustment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years relevant experience an asset.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in Sage ERP an asset.
  • Strong data entry skills; mathematical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must have exceptional follow-through skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task as well as meet multiple deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.
  • CPG experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures an asset.
