We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist for Corporate Services (CS), E-Store and Retention Operation to join our team at OSL Retail Services in Mississauga, Ontario.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating training programs for our E-Store and Retention group Contact Centre and Live Chat employees. Your expertise will encompass areas such as orientation sessions, performance management, sales, customer service, industry-specific knowledge, management, and leadership development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in evaluating and managing eCommerce-related contact centre KPIs, with experience in training large and small groups related to product and promotion. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.

We offer a competitive base salary of $78,000 - $81,000 per year, as well as opportunities for training and development to grow your career with one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.
