Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Clearway Brokerage Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team and schedule appointments.
- Answer telephones, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to team members.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
