Job Description

As a Recreational Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing engaging recreational activities for residents and clients in long-term care, acute, and adult day program settings. Your responsibilities will include developing programs that cater to their physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs and interests.

You will work closely with designated staff, students, and volunteers, providing guidance, coordinating work assignments, and ensuring the highest standards of performance. Your passion for recreation and commitment to excellence will make you an ideal fit for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this position, you must have a graduation from a recognized recreational program and one year of recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
