At P & N Development Ltd., we are seeking a qualified Child Development Program Manager to lead our child-care programs and support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.


About the Role:



  • We are offering an estimated salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
  • This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement engaging child-care programs.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement child-care programs that meet the needs of school-age children before and after regular school hours.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure high-quality care and support for children.
  • Lead activities that promote learning, socialization, and physical activity, such as reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children on outings.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that supports the health, security, and well-being of children.

Requirements:



  • A minimum of one year of experience in child-care or a related field.
  • An Early Childhood Education (ECE) level 2 certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • A commitment to promoting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
