Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Child Development Program Coordinator to develop child-care programs, supervise staff, and encourage creativity in children at Alta Montessori Academy Daycare/OSC.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement child-care programs for physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in a safe and engaging environment.
  • Supervise and train staff, volunteers, or trainees to ensure high-quality childcare services.
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various activities, including art, music, and physical play.
  • Lead staff meetings to discuss the progress and problems of children.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Organize activities for school-age children to promote their development and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other early childhood educators to ensure a cohesive and effective childcare service.

Certifications: Child development worker (ECE level 2) or equivalent.

Work Conditions:

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Work Details: Permanent, 35 hours per week, English language.
