About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Flash Mop Cleaning. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust buildup and maintain a polished appearance.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Launder clothing and household linens, and restock linen closets to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Disinfecting and Sanitizing: Disinfect operating rooms, elevators, and other high-touch areas to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including making beds, changing sheets, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Will train on the job, and a temporary employment arrangement is available.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
