About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Specialist to join our team at New View Window Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality for our clients' windows and glass surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Window Cleaning and Maintenance: Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces to the highest standard.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate chemical cleaning equipment, power tools, pressure washers, and waxing machines safely and efficiently.
  • Cleaning Experience: Possess experience in cleaning windows and other glass surfaces, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors, at heights, and in wet/damp conditions, with a focus on safety and physical demands.
  • Transportation and Travel: Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and handle heavy equipment.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, organization, teamwork, and punctuality.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to train and develop skills in window cleaning and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on permanent employment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
