Youth Program Developer for Sturgeon Lake

The Prince Albert Grand Council is seeking a skilled Youth Coordinator to oversee various programs within the PAGC Land Based Healing Project. This project aims to provide quality programming for youth and young adults, fostering a positive environment where they can learn essential skills and develop meaningful relationships.
The ideal candidate will work closely with community staff, volunteers, and participants to deliver on-the-land training, cultural teachings, and ceremonies. They will also facilitate language classes and promote healthy relationships within families. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and delivering holistic programming that addresses specific needs of the community.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with diverse populations, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to provide quality interaction with members, volunteers, and participants. Additionally, you should be self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to work in all seasons.
