Investment Products & Asset Management Associate

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our leading Investment Products & Asset Management practice group in the Toronto office.

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-to-senior level Associate with relevant work experience in the investment management industry, including public and private investment funds, compliance, and registration related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on investment products and asset management to clients
  • Assist in the development of innovative financial products
  • Act and advise buyers and sellers in acquisitions and divestitures involving investment management businesses
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service
