Investment Products Specialist

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate with relevant work experience to join our leading Investment Products & Asset Management practice group in the Toronto office.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have three to five years of securities practice experience in the investment management industry, including public and private investment funds, as well as compliance and registration related matters.
Our Investment Products & Asset Management GroupWe are one of the largest and most experienced groups in Canada, with a team of leaders in the industry who advise prominent Canadian and global portfolio managers, investment fund managers, financial institutions, investment dealers, service providers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of investment products and asset management strategies.
- Provide advice on securities law and regulatory matters related to investment management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their investment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
