Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory records, and other administrative documents.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
