About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator (AF) to join our team at TOTEM Recruteur de talent. As an Estimator (AF), you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Estimation to receive and analyze preliminary plans and specifications.
  • Work closely with the Sales Department and clients to understand project requirements and develop estimates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Prepare and submit detailed estimates, including scope of work, materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with municipal regulations and building codes.
  • Manage and analyze project data, including quantities, pricing, and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimation or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
