Frazer Health, a leading provider of mental health and substance use services, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and monitoring contracts with external service providers, ensuring they meet Frasier Health's standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor contract performance, analyze key performance indicators, and develop strategies for corrective actions and/or contract changes

* Apply Lean methodology to workflow processes, providing recommendations for improvement initiatives

* Collaborate with operational leadership to define contract management expectations and ensure consistency with strategic goals

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, along with five years of recent experience in contract management and performance improvement. Experience with Lean methodology is considered an asset.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, planning, and evaluation skills, as well as negotiation and facilitation skills to resolve complex multi-stakeholder issues.
