Birthday Party Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Birthday Party Instructor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading fun and engaging activities for preschool and school-age children at various locations on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet party guests and parents, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare and lead a variety of games and activities, adapting to different age groups and abilities.
  • Set up and take down party activity and food-service areas, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Collaborate with facility staff and other NVRC Birthday Party Leaders to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 15 years.
  • Previous experience working with preschool and/or school-age children.
  • Current Emergency or Standard First Aid, CPR Level C certification.
  • Police Information Check prior to appointment.
  • High Five certificates to be obtained within 3 months of employment.
