About Meda Agency Inc.

We are a leading technology company seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Leader to drive our engineering team to the next level. As a seasoned director or senior engineering leader, you will be responsible for guiding our technology strategy, scaling our services and systems, and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical guidance to ensure our codebase is scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
  2. Team Management: Mentor and develop the leadership capabilities of our engineering managers, driving team performance and growth.
  3. Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering team.
  4. Project Management: Organize and implement well-defined timelines and milestones for our engineering projects.
  5. Culture and Diversity: Promote a positive culture and diversity throughout our engineering organization, driving transformational change.
  6. Industry Expertise: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical support and customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Education: B.Sc. in computer science or related discipline.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar role.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in working within a SaaS environment, experience with cloud-based services (Azure, AWS), data and caching services (MySQL, NoSql, Redis), and libraries and programming languages (PHP, Laravel, C#).
  4. Leadership Skills: Excellent organizational, administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to travel at least 4 weeks a year.
