Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with contracts, variations, and claims.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent qualification.

What You Will Be Doing:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supporting Clients in the procurement of their Contractors, Consultants, Designers etc.
  • Managing downstream procurement for Subconsultants procured directly for Parsons.
  • Managing Independent Cost Consultants on various pre and post contract projects.
  • Lead in the evaluation of variation orders, extensions of time (EOTs), and claims.
  • Providing advice to various internal and external stakeholders on matters of a contractual nature.
