The Role:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, front desk, sales, housekeeping, maintenance, product quality, accounting, team building, and staff development. This leadership role requires a proven track record of success in hotel management, with a focus on revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development.
  • Develop and execute business plans, including sales and marketing strategies, to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead a high-performing team of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Represent the hotel in local business and tourism associations, and participate in community events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hospitality management experience, with a proven track record of success in hotel operations.
  • Proven leadership and entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial planning and revenue management skills, with the ability to analyze data and establish action plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
