About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at PA Nails Salon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize downtime.
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of salon equipment and facilities.
  • Client Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients receive a high-quality experience.
    • Assist clients with special needs and provide personalized support.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities of workers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Emergency Response
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and provide technical advice and support.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
Working Conditions
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
