Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at PA Nails Salon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Operations: Schedule work, manage salon operations, and ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working order.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that all clients receive a high-quality experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of nail technicians, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and ensure that all staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and supplies, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of nail technology and salon operations

Working Conditions:

  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
