Nail Salon Team Lead

PA Nails Salon is seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of nail technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with special needs, such as mobility or sensory issues.
- Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, such as equipment failures or customer complaints.
- Computer Equipment and Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including nail polish dispensers and nail drills.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the salon, including equipment and workstations.
- Reports and Requisitions: Prepare and submit progress reports and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Term and Hours: Work on a permanent basis, with a typical workweek of 30-40 hours.
Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. English language proficiency is required.
