Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Cloud Nine Bar & Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ensuring that inventory is managed effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing a high level of service and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding role.
