Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality tools and dies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain tools and dies to meet production requirements
  • Operate and maintain toolroom equipment, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure tools and dies meet specifications
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes
Requirements
  • Licensed Tool and Die Maker with 5+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of toolroom equipment and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
