- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure effective time management.
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
Requirements:- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and dependability.
