Restaurant Manager

Civilia Golf Retreat is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food and Beverage Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to maintain attention to detail and work well in a team environment.
