About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Manager to lead our Kosher Division at ABRISHAM HALAL MEAT & GROCERY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of kosher meals, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to kosher dietary laws and regulations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food preparation and service.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required, but relevant training and certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
