Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chef de cuisine spécialisé en nourriture kosher to join our team at ABRISHAM HALAL MEAT & GROCERY. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
