Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
  • Train Staff: Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires a Food Service Supervisor who can multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
